Founder

Ayesha Edwards is a dedicated real estate investor with a deep commitment to leveraging property ownership as a tool for community empowerment and social justice. Born and raised in Trinidad, Ayesha moved to New York at the age of 17 and has since lived in England and Virginia. She is excited to begin a new chapter in Charlotte, where she plans to expand her real estate ventures with a focus on creating access, equity, and generational wealth in historically marginalized communities.

Ayesha brings a unique perspective to real estate, shaped by years of experience in education and ministry. Her passion lies in transforming housing from a transactional industry into a platform for restoration, advocacy, and hope. Whether it’s working with underserved families, or advocating for policies that promote fair housing, Ayesha views real estate as both her profession and her calling.

Rooted in her Christian faith and guided by a strong sense of purpose, she integrates ministry into her investing work—supporting others not just to find homes, but to build stable, flourishing lives. She believes deeply in the power of youth and community to drive meaningful change, and she continues to serve as a voice for justice and agency in every space she enters.

Outside of her work, Ayesha is an avid traveler, poet, board game and theme park enthusiast who cherishes time with her four children as well as her extended circle of family and friends.
